States of Jersey Police Deputy Chief Officer, Julian Blazeby said: “It’s really important that we, as police officers build positive relationships and engage with children and young people. We recognise the important role we can play in ensuring the island’s young people grow up in a ‘SAFE ENVIRONMENT’ that helps them flourish. We will work hard to achieve these 10 pledges over the next couple of years, which we hope will have a positive impact on as many children and young people as possible”.
We would like to think so, Mr Blazeby. This needs an independent overseer, unconnected to the initial ‘investigating’ officers and unassociated with any Freemason.

Harry seems to be gathering support from friends in high places, but then, if he’s a distributor of aims Freemason it’s to be expected. Things are beginning to happen in the way of ‘pressurising’ tactics and I’m receiving more messages about this.
He had Inspector Sarah Garwood as a girlfriend. She is aware of the allegations.
Another victim is feeling ‘pressured’ into staying silent. We will not reveal the pressurising party at this point in time.
It was brought to the attention of the States of Jersey police in January of this year that Harry McRandle has acted inappropriately to say the least, with a schoolgirl when she was aged between 13-15. Inappropriately touching her bum, pleasuring himself down the phone with sexually explicit comments and enticing her to commit sexual acts.
Harry contacted Anna again recently (she is now of age) and whilst speaking to her he admitted the things he used to do, the fact that he likes girls in school uniform, the pleasuring down the phone and a time that he waited for her after school to have sex but that time Anna didn’t show.
Whilst ‘liking’ schoolgirls in uniform isn’t an offence, grooming or having sex with a schoolgirl is.
This case was referred to States of Jersey Police but from the moment it touched their hands it went downhill. The investigating officer was friendly with McRandle, this officer breached confidentiality and is considered to have ‘assisted’ McRandle.
The officer made the victim think she had given a statement when in fact she hadn’t, notes had just been taken. McRandle’s workplace were involved and it was only then that the police finally arrested McRandle.
Unfortunately, the case was ‘dropped’, even though DC Le Chevalier told Anna that they could “get him for rape”, so we don’t know why because the evidence is black and white. This man has been accused and questioned about paedophilia and grooming. The police were shown each piece of evidence.
Meanwhile, more victims are coming forward, “victims of sexual abuse and possible rape that may have committed”.
Why didn’t DC Alexandra Le Chevalier, of the States of Jersey Police protect Anna? Is she a friend of McRandle? It’s strongly indicated that she is.
According to Jersey News “DC Le Chevalier was awarded for her dedication to protecting children and young people and investigating reports of child abuse, both recent and historic, for over a decade. DC Le Chevalier has worked tirelessly over a number of years to engage and support vulnerable victims throughout investigations, including the court process”.
Will you tell us why you failed to make the “effort” to protect Anna, DC Le Chevalier?
Are you going to revisit this, DC Le Chevalier? You apparently “tirelessly” investigated child abuse and were recognised with the special award for your efforts to keep children safe for over a decade”
Do not let any corrupt Jersey police officers stand in your way, every victim of this man needs to come forward and show him he can’t get away with these crimes.
Harry has worked with children, Crime-stoppers, newspapers. It’s ‘suggested’ that he enticed vulnerable women with children into his life and pays them to “stick around”. It’s also suggested that Harry may continue to groom women who may be either ‘addicts or ex-addicts’.
To any other victims; Come forward, speak out, stand up!
McRandle is also secretary of the Jersey Bank Depositors’ Compensation Board, ex freelance court reporter for Jersey Evening Paper and former business journalist.

JERSEY ABUSE PROTECTION CLIQUE

It seems Carers Want Competence has really rocked the boat. The truth hurts at times, doesn’t itand I don’t think it’s a coincidence that since Jersey Freemason, ‘Guy T. B’ commented, that the Jersey grooming abuse post has been removed?
This begs the crucial question of; Were, and are, child groomers, abusers, paedophiles and rapists protected by high profile figures in Jersey (?) and if so, does this involve venality, family, friend and professional connections, or all four ??
The post evidenced without a shadow of a doubt, a prominent Jersey man’s vile WhatsApp messages that showed explicit sexual wording regarding a young schoolgirl.
Friends in high places then, Mr Freemason Harry (?), as mentioned in the original post.
Connections to high authoritative figures that would indeed have the means to protect this man, seem to have emerged. Many believe that abusers, dating back to past and present, may still be roaming free, having escaped exposure and conviction.
Did removed post hit a nerve because it stated that the message sender had been in relationships with two police officers? (One of whom was an Inspector).
Personally, I think it hit a nerve with multiple people.

Rumours (and maybe only rumours at this point): Harry McRandle association with Roger Holland and Nigel Truscott family. Truscott was Commander of St Johns Ambulance. Funny how Holland was in St John’s Ambulance and was protected over the paedophilic assault of a 14-year-old girl. (More to this involving somebody connected to one of these named above).
