When I went to RCN conference a lady from Well-Being Healthcare, Cheltenham was sent as live-in carer.
Vlad (Marin Suciu (Care Co-ordinator/Senior Carer) intentionally left a not only disabled, but also vulnerable woman who they were completely aware, requires 24 hours supervised care, alone, literally covered in faeces, including evidence of attempting to crawl to open doors. There were also two expensive rings missing. Vlad was very well aware that the carer was here from 10.00 till 18.00. I spoke to him at 12.00 and he confirmed that the carer would be here till the end of her shift. Half an hour later he had collected the carer and took her away from the house, knowing full well that the vulnerable lady was at extremely high risk of harm. At 17’45 someone returned home to find the lady lying on the floor, crying.
Vlad (1st pic) had assured me that the carer would be “perfect”, is “fully trained” and “very experienced”. It later transpired that Erika had no experience, no training and not even ‘shadowed’ any other carers.
Manager, Caroline Harrold (2nd pic) ignored complaints about Vlad collecting the carer (Erika, a Hungarian girl) from my house 5 hours before she was supposed to leave, to “take her to another client”, although we had a telephone conversation that morning when he told me his intentions. I strongly objected, reminding him of the care needs and the dangers. He promised not to leave the person alone and not to take the carer. Vlad intentionally lied.
When I returned home that evening I found that two rings (pictured) had been stolen from a drawer in my bedroom (that the carer had slept in the previous night).
Director of Well-being, Jean Pallett of Black bourton Rd, Carterton (3rd/4th pics) refused to follow any of this up and completely disengaged. This ‘woman’ simply does not ‘care’ about clients, employees behaviour or concerns.
If you look at the 5th picture it attempts to portray honesty and openness. What a lot of rubbish !!new happy family
