£100,000 REWARD. IF YOU HAVE A HEART, PLEASE SHARE THIS…
The money has actually been raised by the Traveller community.
BillyJoe Stevens, a little boy unjustly snatched by Surrey Council in 2014. Social services made false allegations that he “wasn’t fed and didn’t have any toys”. Does he look underfed?
Any one of you,,,, tell me that you’ve seen starved Traveller kids and I’ll call you a liar..
Carers Want Competence page is supporting BillyJoe’s mother, who was also taken to court because of the high profile search for him, in an attempt to prevent the search. A mothers heart is torn to pieces and she needs help to heal it.
The Mother, the rest of the family and the Traveller community will never stop looking for him.
He may well have been taken abroad because authority were concerned he would be found, so any of you that have family or friends overseas, please ask them to share too.
There was never any concerns or contact with social services until a brick was thrown through the window by a family member. BillyJoe was quickly removed and put in foster care while a complex legal process got under way. His Mum moved more than 100 miles away from home and severed all ties with family to evidence that she would work with them.
She used to travel 10-hour round trip by train to see him in a child contact centre four times a week, but this was stopped because the local authority assumed that BillyJoe may be abducted by members of their community.
She said they believed she would return to her family “because I’m a Gypsy from a close-knit community. They asked me if I was having contact with any Gypsies in the new area I lived in, if I’d attended any local weddings or parties. Everything I’d done, including moving away, I’d done for my son but it didn’t mean anything.
There actually is a very large reward for information leading to his whereabouts, and one day, he’ll either be found, or contact his family himself.
I’m asking anyone that see’s this post to share it, and to write a short post asking others to share too.
Obviously there are instances where there is no other option to remove children for adoption and it’s the correct action to take but it’s a sad state of affairs when social services unlawfully insist that a parent sign a section 20 VOLUNTARY care order, telling the parents they ‘have no choice’.
This does happen, in fact it happens quite often and when it gets to a family court the parent is unable to secure legal aid for representation. How is this fair? Many parents who have left domestic violence relationships are subjected to this with the reason given “the child is ‘at risk’ of future emotional harm. Why?? because the aggrieved party would obviously be emotionally affected, maybe depressed and anxious, thereby leading local authority to the conclusion that the children will suffer. It’s often, not always, blown out of proportion by social services. This will usually be the case if the children are quite young, pretty, handsome and appealing to adopters. The local authority are required to meet a target and at times there will be exploitation of the situation by SS.
Hang on in there, Jane, you too, BillyJoe.
