“While I worked as a sw in wallace hospital there was a turn of events that shocked me to my core having reported these events and watched as they were swept under the carpet I had no option but to leave after also been threatened by Katrina MacArthur who was brought In as a bank nurse speedily went to manager in less than a year manager, who had a previous sexual releationship with the manager at the time Ashley Fraser green who was also aware of Katrina criminal activies, even tho she had a charge of theft follow her from her last position in blythswood Glasgow theft of an expensive watch from a vulnerable elderly patient a watch that she claimed to her then wife that she received as a gift and when her wife pointed out that it was a man’s watch she said yeah the resident that bought it has dementia a watch she would be up in court at a later date for and found guilty of stealing a charge danshell would not check up on before speedily employing and promoting her and giving her a prestigious award yes folks here as stated are the credentials required for manager of the year let’s have a look at what this “human” has accomplished in her short time at Wallace hospital Dundee then part of DANSHELL healthcare now taken on as partner with the recently highlighted Cygnet healthcare
I have witnessed the following Katrina tampering with medication logs and blaming it on another nurse, Katrina would provoke service users into becoming angry and upset in order to create a situation and allowed other staff to do this, unnecessarily using injection sedative on service users and threating them with this, slapping a service user across the face and allowing a ssw to physically beat a service user in his bedroom while she stood outside the door and prevented anyone from stopping it, allowing staff to throw water shampoo etc over services users, unnecessarily punishing service users by emptying their rooms of valuables including family photos and allow staff to rip these up, getting staff to give medication, forcing medication into service users mouths and holding their nose till they swallowed it, intimidating and threatening staff and service users, called the police and had a service user removed for violence however lied to the police about the situation and failed to say she had staff pin the service user for 3 hours while she injected that service user 3 times, I was on a double up high risk service user so two staff at all times the order staff member left me on my own and I was attacked bu the service user with glass after pressing my alarm and being helped by staff from a different area I told Katrina I wanted to report this incident and I was threatened and told I would keep quite or she would sack me, I have a permanent scar from this, service users were made to sit in their own faeces and deprived of showers or held in showers fully dressed by staff, She has sacked other staff for no good reason if u didn’t do what Katrina wanted she would make ur life hell in work, Katrina also had a sexual releationship with the other manager and they would just sit in the office and staff were punished if u disturbed them, I have been personal threatened by Katrina and she has had other people threaten me to the point I had to move house several times, she would also swear at service users and get in their face and when the service users appeared in bruises and it was questioned she would lie to the parents and make out the service user was violent she also fiddled with the money”.

“Commission and health improvement Scotland continuously sweep under the carpet everything I tell you has been reported to someone on a higher level but nothing gets done about it.
These patients are innocent prisoners whos families believe are being cared for by people who would make Hitler smile.
There is bullying of staff and resident in this place there is a clique starting with management every senior that was appointed is there to keep staff in place and to report back to management who’s needing “threatened” Noel Robinson is one of the senior support workers he has sexually harassed many new support workers he has had sex with female staff on shift and in the building it’s considered a standing joke which is in no way shape or form funny as the females who fall for this are ultimately spoken about and humiliated by other staff he is addicted to co drydamol and other non prescription drugs which he takes on shift he has bullied patients and used non maybo restraints on them a former support staff member (xxxx xxxxxx) was threatened with physical violence if she reported an illegal incident by him and katrina MacArthur on a patient she did report it and her life was made hell by them”.

Did Doctor Stephan Clause witness Roly O’Connor using violence against a resident and if so, was he was sacked ?
Is Ashley O’Connor alias Ashley Fraser-Green (“Manager at Danshell”) sister to this Roly O’Connor ?

Was Ashley other brother implicated in a theft of a Drone (which belonged to a vulnerable patient) and does the brother still work at Wallace Hospital as a support worker ?
Is the girlfriend of this brother a senior support worker and also the person who returned the alleged stolen drone to the hospital when it magically appeared again ?
What “experience of working with the Care Inspectorate” did “Manager at Danshell” have ? (Ashley Fraser Green alias O’Connor).
