DID EDINBURGH COUNCIL CONCEAL ABUSE?

The City of Edinburgh Council (video below) has been involved in vile hardcore pornographic images. There was an “open [purportedly[ full Inquiry report”. “The ‘full version of the report is NOT being shared more widely due to”: (in our opinion) “the need to protect the identities (including for potential identification) of curret staff and former members”. This council ‘investigated’ themselves.

Why is there is no mention of corruption by Andrew Kerr, Alastair Maclean and other management? We believe the purpose for this concealment is to protect the identities of those who wilfully protect abusers including Sean Bell, within The City of Edinburgh Council. Escalation of concerns were shared to management – It is our firm belief that management intentionally strived to ignore abuse and the misuse of £400,000 of public funds. Allegations also related to Edinburgh Lifelong Learning Partnership (ELLP) and work carried out on City Connect, its IT and social inclusion project. The ELLP case has also been linked to a botched building project at Cameron House Community Centre. The Prestonfield hub became mired in allegations of doctored emails, missing documents and the wasting of more than £146,000 of public money.(Debora Milazzo: “Sean bell head of services investigation of councils handling of complaints made against the conduct of children’s services children and families department and the coverup of years of complaints from victims and staff whistle blowers .
